  The actual purchasing of the car was a good experience. Very attentive and willing to answer questions. I would have gone on to give it a 5 star rating HOWEVER after the purchase was made they seem to drop all care for you. My temps were expiring and my new plates haven't been ready yet which leads to the conclusion that the submission of plates wasn't done soon enough or not at all. I live out of state, so the predicament is stressful enough, especially when I need the car for everyday use. I have called multiple times and keep getting this excuse or forwarded to this line and still I have no plates. I have a new car that I can't drive. On top of ALL OF THAT I was finally able to talk to someone who had a little more to say then "I don't know" and said they would e-mail me a paper I could carry so I could drive the thing in about 20 minutes... it's the next business day and nothing.
